Shipping

All merchandise is shipped via USPS. Please allow 24 hours for payment processing, payments are verified through a third party. Product processing can take between 1-3 business days for proper processing and accuracy. Merchandise will be sent after processing has been completed and you will receive an email confirming payment along with a tracking number. We are closed on the weekends, therefore, merchandise purchased after 2 p.m. Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

**All shipping addresses must be confirmed through PayPal

** Please note- You do not need a Paypal account to purchase merchandise, we do accept all of the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Box 16412 Charlotte NC 28297-6412 Hair extensions can be returned for an exchange, under this policy, if the product is not as specified by customer, including wrong length or texture (you order loose wave and received a different texture), but must not have been altered or manipulated by the customer including; shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring, according to HIPPA regulations. Pictures and descriptions are provided for each texture so that each customer can be certain that the texture that they choose is to their specifications. Exchanges

Exchanges are only issued due to shipping incorrect products. Exchanges will not be issued due to negligence on the customer's part. Hair extensions can only be exchanged if it is not as specified by the customer including but not limited to: texture, length. You must contact me within 2 business days after recieving your items to be issued an exchange for incorrect items. You will have up to 5 business days to return or the exchange will be invalid. There will be a 40% restocking fee for any orders placed and later cancelled due to negligence on the customers part. No exceptions
