New Ready-to-Ship units will become available every Friday afternoon. Once those units are sold they are no longer available. Sales are on a first come first serve basis as we can not hold inventory. Please be sure that your head measurements are identical to the measurements provided for each unit, as they are made for a custom fit and are NEVER "one'size fits all". We are no longer accepting custom wig orders at this time.

How do I take my head measurements?

Head measurements are needed in for proper custom unit sizes. Please refer to the video link below. Units can not be started without head measurements. ******If you need help with how to properly take your head measurements, please use the link below. When taking your circumference measurements please measure with the tape in **front of, instead of on top of or behind your natural hair line***

Does the knots come bleached on your frontals or lace closures?

Knots do not come already bleached on my lace closures or lace frontals. Knot bleaching is an extra service and does require a fee. I suggest purchasing lace products that you are sure have not been processed as this may limit the level in which your knots can be bleached. I will not be responsible for knots that will not lift during the bleaching process due to processed or previously colored hair.

Can I return/exchange my merchandise?

No refunds, exchanges only. You must contact us within 2 business days after receiving your items to be issued a exchange.  Return shipping has to be paid by sender.

Hair extensions can also be returned for an exchange, if the product is not as specified by customer, including wrong length or texture, but must not have been altered or manipulated by the customer including; shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring. Pictures and descriptions are provided for each texture so that each customer can be certain that the texture that they choose is to their specifications. Please feel free to use the contact us page before purchasing to address any relevant questions or concerns.

There will be a 30% restocking fee for any orders placed and later cancelled due to negligence on the customers part. 

When will I receive my order?

After your order has been processed, shipping can take between 1-3 business days dependent upon your location, and up to 10 days for international shipping. Please ask for shipping prices before sending payment if you live outside of the States. Allow 24 hours for payment processing for credit card payments and 3-5 business days for e-check payments. E-check payments will not begin it's processing time until your check has been cleared. Payments are verified through a third party. Processing times for your items are 5-7 business days. In rare cases shipments can be delayed due to new inventory being held in customs, natural disasters, etc. As I have no control over these circumstances they do not render a refund being issued. An email will be sent to you should this situation occur during your normal processing time to make you aware of any delays.(Please refer to refund policies). Products will be shipped once processing is complete. We do not ship on weekends. An email notification will be sent to your email address with a tracking number. All packages are shipped via USPS.

How often do you restock your items?

Hair extensions are restocked on a weekly basis (Fridays), but usually sell out quickly. You can still place an order for any hair extensions if you find them out of stock. Shipping time for out of stock hair extensions may increase by up to five to seven business days, and updates will be available upon request. If you need hair extensions for an event be sure to order at least a week in advance. An email confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped!

Both the raw indian and cambodian hair sells out quickly. If you would like to order either of those textures and want to know if they are currently in stock, please contact us before placing your order. I can not hold hair for future orders, there is a first come/first serve basis and clients whom have already purchased will be given first priority.

Are sold out items restocked?

Sold out hair extensions are restocked on a weekly basis.  

Do you stock Malaysian, Brazilian or Peruvian hair?

Quality hair is our highest concern. At this time we only sell raw and virgin Indian and Cambodian hair. We do however plan to offer Vietnamese hair textures in the future. 

What is the weight of your bundled hair extensions?

Our bundled hair extensions are 3.5 3.9 oz. Longer lengths decrease the amount of hair on each weft due to weight. Regardless of length each bundle is 3.5 - 3.9 oz. Two bundles will be sufficient if you prefer a more natural look or have a small sized head for lengths in 10 to 14 inches. If you are ordering 16 inches or longer or prefer a more Glam'More-Us look three to four bundles will be needed for a full sew in and / or custom wig. With the purchase of a lace frontal two bundles will be sufficient for the exotic curly under 20 inches, but the bundles will need to be spaced out, as this hair becomes really full when dry. Thickness depends on your preferences but most customers achieve the look that they desire with three bundles.

NOTE: If you plan to wear your curly hair (exotic curly & deep wavy) in a straightened state please keep in mind, that it is human hair and just like your own natural hair can become damaged by excessive heat, in which the curls will begin to loosen. 

To eliminate shedding be sure to seal your wefts. It is idea to deep condition your hair as a regular routine, to prolong the health of your hair. Always use a thermal protection when using heating tools.

***Please note that because the hair is human I can not guarantee the same color or texture of each bundle. Hair extensions, lace closure and lace frontals all come in natural colors: natural black, dark brown and light brown, or may have lighter ends than the accompanying hair within your order.

What is the density of your closures and frontals?

Our closures and frontals are 120% - 140% density to help create a more natural appearance.  Our closures and frontals do not come with bleached knots, as we leave this option for each customer to consider. Knot bleaching services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Do you sell full lace wigs?

At this time I do NOT sell full lace wigs. All units are ready to ship, made by hand,  for a custom fit by using a dome cap and sewing the hair extensions, lace closure and/or lace frontals to the cap. Customers are asked to measure their heads to be sure the unit is a perfect fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!
